What is your return policy?
Return
Any item may be returned in
it's original condition, for a refund, within 2 weeks of the
order date. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
If an item received is
damaged, or not correct, we will issue a pickup order on the
item, and immediately replace the item.

How do I place an order?

There are several
ways you may purchase an order:
Online: Sign into your account, add
items to your shopping cart and follow through the checkout
procedures.

What should I do if I didn't receive my order

receive e-mail confirmation it is possible that the
transaction was not completed, so you should immediately
contact us by phone or e-mail at

Am I required to submit an e-mail address when placing
an order?
Return
You will be
required to submit an e-mail address with us in order to make purchases from
our website. This is so we may send you an order
confirmation, and update you on your order status.

Can I save items in my shopping cart if I don't place
the order right away?
Return
Items will remain
in your shopping cart for up to an hour. However,
after an hour those items will be returned to "in stock"
items and be available for others to purchase.

How do I purchase the products in my shopping cart?
Return
While viewing your
shopping cart you should see a button that says "check out."
By clicking that button you will begin the checkout process
and should simply follow the instructions.

How do I remove products from my shopping cart?
Return
Each item in your
shopping cart will have a delete option on the right hand
side. Simply use the delete option and then hit the
link to update your shopping cart. This should remove
the item.

How do I add products to my shopping cart?

When viewing
products and/or product descriptions there will be an "Add
to Cart" button. Clicking on this button will add the
item to your shopping cart. To the left of this button
is a quantity field, which can be adjusted to the amount you
wish to purchase.

Am I required to sign in to place an order?

You will not be required to sign in to place
an order at this time. However, we are working on
setting up My Account access, which will give our customers
access to their order history, order tracking, etc.

What payment methods does Brandi's Creations & Craft
Supplies accept?

Brandi's Creations
accepts several payment methods: Visa, Mastercard,
American Express, Discover, Paypal, Cashier's Checks and
Money Orders.

What's the difference between a shipping address and a
billing address?
Return
A shipping address
is the exact location where you would like your order to be
delivered. A billing address is the address you have
on the credit card account you are using to make your
purchase.

What is the CVV number requested in the checkout
process?
Return
A CVV (Creditcard
Verification Value) is a 3-4 digit code that is printed on
the reverse sides of Visa, Mastercard, American Express and
Discover cards. This number is used as a security
measure when making purchases online, by phone, or through
e-mail.

When will my credit card be charged?

You're credit card
will be charged when your order is placed. You will
be notified by e-mail once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING

When will my order be shipped?
Return
Your order will be
shipped immediately upon receipt of the order, assuming that
no items purchased are backordered. If an item is
backordered, you will be given the option to receive a
refund or have that item shipped as soon as it is received.
Every in-stock order that's purchased on a business day will
be shipped within 24 hours of the purchase time. Any
order purchased on Sunday or a holiday will be shipped
within 24 hours of the next business day.

What days are considered business days?

Currently, our days
of business are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm and Saturday
12:00pm-6:00pm.

Will I receive confirmation once my order has shipped?

Yes, you will
receive confirmation that your order has shipped.
Confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided
when you placed
the order.

What should I do if I don't receive a shipping
confirmation?

shipping confirmation within 24 hours of the first business
day after the order was placed.

How do you determine shipping charges?
Return
Shipping charges
are determined by UPS rates based on weight (lbs and oz.).
Shipping rates will vary depending on the shipping method
you choose.

What company do you use to ship orders?
Return
We use UPS (United
Parcel Service) to ship all of our orders.

What are my shipping options?
Return
Our shipping options include UPS Ground, UPS
3 Day Select (delivery 3 days), UPS 2nd Day Air (delivery 2
days), UPS Next Day Air Saver (delivery 1 day), UPS Next Day
Air (delivery 1 day by 12:00 Noon), and UPS Next Day Air
Early A.M. (delivery 1 day by 10:00AM). We also have a
pickup option for local customers.

Do you send partial shipments when items are
backordered, or hold the shipment until all items are in
stock?

If we receive an
order for an item that is not in-stock we will initially
inform the customer that the item is backordered.
Based on the customers decision to continue with the order,
we will immediately shipped backordered items once they are
received. It's up to the individual customer if they'd
like to receive partial shipments or wait on all the items
to be shipped together.

How do I track my order?
Return
When you receive
shipping confirmation a tracking number will be included in
the e-mail. You can use this number to follow your
orders progress at www.ups.com.

"tracking" link in our website, or by going to

Do you ship to P. O. Boxes?
Return
At this time we
do not ship to P. O. Boxes. Since we rely solely on
UPS for shipping, that is not an option.
